I havent been around much recently so havent been able to blog or even update some of the articles, especially the woefully incomplete Helpdesk Handguide.

This is because I agreed to extra work for a month – BAD MISTAKE. I was living and breathing work, I managed to get tightly involved with office politics (breaching my Golden Law #2: Dont get involved with office politics) and more or less burnt myself out. And then they offered me more work!

I took a week off and did absolutely nothing, and it was everything I hoped it would be.

The unfortunate side of so much work is that now I have a case of OOS flaring up in my right forearm
