Well,
the funeral was intimate, yet weird. Growing up a lot closer to my Maori side, I’ve become accustomed to a Tangi or some form of wake, not here. It was all catholic, so it was foreign and alien, but we gave Nana a great send off nonetheless.

B-Fresh and Sleaze have a week to find a new flat by the end of next week, they’re pretty keen to leave the company of AlcoholicDragonWench, and I don’t blame them.

I’ve started looking at buying a house, especially with the Govt’s Welcome Home Package available. Though houses arent cheap, and I’m looking for a do-er upper ideally.

I got offered yet another job, and this one is really appealing – closer to home (like literally around the corner), more visibility of the technology, good benefits all for about the same as what I’m on now… I’m a little torn on the matter, but I reckon I’ll submit my CV and just see what happens.

And finally, work have failed to pay me for a month’s worth of overtime, so now I have (ironically) Telecom’s collections department hassling me (I can’t pay Telecom until Telecom pay me!), and a couple of other bills not far behind. So to say I’m miffed with the payroll lackies is to understate.

Just had a call at work on my mobile phone, I knew immediately what it would be because nobody ever calls me on my mobile phone.

My grandmother passed away earlier this afternoon. I don’t think I’ll post for a while

The mothership just announced that Number Portability for mobiles is a-coming.
